Through our process of cleansing/scrubbing data we will recognize invalid numbers and correct them. We will apply the correct supplier and manufacturer codes to the parts, supplying the best available description from our database. The part numbers returned from our database will have delimiters required by the specific Supplier/Manufacturer for warranty purposes.The invalid part numbers will be put into a table and discussed with you.

Also available is VMRS Coding, applying a 3, 6 or 9 digit code to each part number recognized.  VMRS is the Vehicle Maintenance Reporting System, a standardized list of vehicle part descriptions and sources, published by the Technology and Maintenance Council of the American Trucking Association.
