custom text, illustration and cross-reference databases. FleetCross Holdings, Inc.
databases are all continuously available through the Internet.
FleetCross Holdings, Inc. provides data cleansing services including VMRS coding
of parts and labor data. A range of ready-to-use software and data modules is available
under the FleetCross® product label. FleetCross Holdings, Inc. also owns and
maintains the largest "all-makes" VMRS coded parts database and cross-reference
in the vehicle industry and sells licenses to their utilization in the FleetCross

Fifteen years experience as a company. Personnel experience spans 10-50 years each
in vehicle and systems engineering, vehicle manufacturing, fleet management and

Background
Founded by Jack Schickler, General Motors executive of 33 years and creator of GM
Techline Computerized Service System for all GM dealers worldwide. Mr. Schickler
holds BSME and MSCHE degrees from Kettering University (formerly General Motors
Institute) and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Other FleetCross Holdings, Inc.
personnel have experience with Yellow Freight, Carolina Freight and Howards Express.
